14-day right of withdrawal

To cancel a purchase, please email us at info@hickap.com, stating the relevant order number. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, this is rarely a problem. However, if some time has passed between placing your order and deciding to cancel it, your order may already have been packed and dispatched. Our warehouse will do everything it can to stop the order, but in some cases it may already have been dispatched. Our warehouse handles thousands of orders every day, so it can sometimes be difficult to stop an order that has been pending for some time.

If an order has already been dispatched or you have received your order and wish to cancel your purchase, this is of course possible. Read more under ‘Right of withdrawal’. Please note that the outward delivery charge and the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies even if the cancellation is made just a few hours after the order was placed. The cost of cancelling an order that has already been dispatched is higher than the cost of a return.

The right of withdrawal still applies only to unused brushes and products.
